Major Inc. understands that project business is vastly different than a daily sales or a “Will Call” business. Project business requires a commitment of resources at the RFQ stage to ensure that all technical, engineering, legal and financial requirements spelled out in the usually substantial RFQ package are addressed. We understand the commitment of resources necessary to facilitate the handling of a customer project from beginning to end. Documentation review, documentation submittal, drawing review, drawing submittal, timeline and milestone charts, inspection points, QC review, split “ship to” locations between fabricators and jobsites as well as proper packaging and tagging.

Our Projects group has a combined 60-plus years of experience in sourcing manual and automated valves and PFF products for EP&Cs (Engineering, Procurement & Constructors) as well as Mechanical Contractors and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Whether working from an AML (Approved Manufacturer’s List), supplying “Domestic Only” material, using our vast experience in global sourcing, or pulling from our own VMI inventory, Major Inc. has the products, knowledge and expertise to assist in any project. In-house shop and automation facilities, combined with our parent group’s vast array of sister companies stocking and providing valves, automation components and accessories, pipe, fittings, flanges and tubing allows us to offer complete project packages in a one-stop shopping environment. We have been handling all forms of project work since 1973, and we remain dedicated to helping the customer procure what they need as simply and efficiently as possible with a never-ending focus on quality, technical accuracy and timely delivery.
